2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions purchased directly through our website or app. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.
2.2 After the Guarantee Period
After the 7-day guarantee period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
2.3 Renewal Refunds
If your subscription automatically renews and you did not intend to continue, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and have not used the Service during the new billing period.
3. Credit and Token Purchases
Purchases of credits, tokens, or one-time packages are handled as follows:
- Unused credits: May be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase
- Partially used credits: Non-refundable for the used portion; unused portion may be refunded at our discretion
- Fully used credits: Non-refundable once credits have been used to generate content

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue and may provide appropriate compensation, which may include:
- Extension of your subscription period
- Additional credits or tokens
- Partial refund for the affected period
- Full refund in exceptional circumstances where issues cannot be resolved
Please note that minor issues, temporary outages, or subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality do not qualify for refunds.

- Your account email address
- Order or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Wait for our response. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times vary:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: May vary depending on the provider
Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not our responsibility.
7. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Situations

If you purchased a subscription or made an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled according to their respective policies:

- Google Play Store: Request a refund through your Google Play purchase history or contact Google Play support
We cannot process refunds for purchases made through these platforms directly. Please contact the respective store for assistance.
9. Chargebacks
